Ordering
You may place an order online via PayPal.

Shipping and Handling
We want you to get the best shipping price, so we offer both UPS and USPS.  When noted, a product can be shipped via USPS flat rate.  You may contact Chilkat Designs at any time for a shipping quote.
Shipping quotes provided online via PayPal are an estimate and actual costs may vary.  You will be notified if addition costs are necessary before your order is shipped.

Returns
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning the product. We will not accept any returns without prior notification. Shipping on returns is the responsibility of the customer. NO returns after 30 days of invoice date.

Warranty
All products, unless otherwise noted, manufactured or distributed by Chilkat Designs are under a warranty for up to six months from invoice date. This covers any defects in materials and craftsmanship prior to installation. If a product is defective and has not been modified, we'll replace it. This warranty includes freight charges when a Chilkat error was involved.

Disclaimer
All products sold and manufactured by Chilkat Designs are for off road use only. Off road driving is immensely dangerous and requires ample driving experience. Many aftermarket parts may require welding and fabrication. We strongly suggest all products be installed by a trained professional. Chilkat Designs will not accept any responsibility for personal injury or damage connected to the failure of any parts manufactured or sold by Chilkat Designs.

Privacy & Security
Chilkat Designs only collects personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, email addresses, etc., when submitted voluntarily by a customer during an order and used solely for the purpose of successful ordering and shipping. We do not share or sell personal information with or to anyone.
